Guernsey Registry
After July 2008, when the new Guernsey Registry opens and new laws come into effect, registering a company in Guernsey will become cheaper, faster and more customer-friendly. The maximum time for incorporation will be 24 hours and this will cost approximately £100, excluding professional fees.
Incorporations in two hours, and in specific cases within 15 minutes, will be available for a higher fee. For more details go to

Guernsey has unveiled its new cutting edge Company Registry.
The new Companies Registry went live successfully on 1st July. The Registry was launched at the same time as the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008.
